CT & RI occ nurses eligible for the Medique Leadership award - $400 and an award to attend the NEAOHN conference

Hi,
I am writing to ask if you would consider applying for the 2024 Medique Leadership Award.
Each of the 10 Northeast Assoc of Occ Health Nurses states are eligible.
This award includes a $400 check to defray the cost of attending the NEAOHN conference in Wilmington, DE on Oct 21 & 22.
You would also receive a beautiful award at the conference.
If you will attend the conference, please fill out this information and return to me by September 15.
QUALIFICATIONS
An occupational health nurse who actively participates in their individual State’s Association of Occupational Health Nurses and/or in other professional activities.
The objectives of this award are:
- To encourage development of leadership skills by members of the Association
- To increase awareness of the role of the occupational health nurse to both employers and the community
- To assist the education efforts of the State association through a Medique Award.
