Jennifer Zimmerman is an Occupational Health Manager for Mountaire Farms in Selbyville, DE. Prior to working in the occupational health field, she was involved in hospital nursing in the areas of telemetry, maternal-child nursing and psych- mental health.

Jennifer received her BSN/MSN from Wesley College in 2017 and her APRN licensure in the same year as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. She attained her COHN-S in 2020 and her CM certification in 2022. Jennifer’s passions include process improvement, achieving better care for patients and streamlining workflow for employees.

A few of Jennifer's proudest accomplishments are establishing translation services for ESL employees, forming a Medical Emergency Team for rapid response and transitioning to electronic health records.

Jennifer lives at the beach with her husband of 25 years, their 3 kids and their dog Coco. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching true crime shows and singing and playing drums with her church band.
