Hello fellow Occupational Health Nurses,
Chad Rittle and Romy Pinkovsky have been hard at work with a joint planning committee including TSOMA members and the PAAOHN/SWPAOHN Board Members.
A few weeks ago Chad Rittle shared with the PA SouthWest Chapter nurses that we have joined forces with Tri-State Occupational Medicine Association to provide a conference and a virtual learning possibility. Now we have a final brochure, conference agenda, and other details.
Attached is the brochure for the conference as well as the agenda. We are sharing this information with the full state membership to make ALL of you aware of this opportunity to earn CEU credits at a nominal price. There is a virtual option as well as on-site attendance - which may help those nurses who still need CEUs for license renewal.
In a nutshell - here are the particulars
What: 2022 Annual Tri-State OMA Conference
Dates: Friday October 21 and Sat. October 22, 2022
Where: RLA Learning and Conference Center, Pittsburgh, PA
Cost: Nurses- $75 per day or $150 for both days
Virtual Option: This will be completed by a Zoom Call and must be in attendance at the same time as the live conference. Option for chat and questions in real time. There will be no option to view virtual format at a later time.
CEU’s: 14.3 continuing nursing education credits through the Ohio Nurses Assoc.
This is a great opportunity for learning relevant Occupational Health education along with networking with peers and Occupational Medicine practitioners.
