Currently seeking a Nurse Manager, Hospice for a Non Profit, Hospital Affiliated and Well Established Hospice agency. Organization is faith based and treats adult and geriatrics patients in multiple counties across the Greater Philadelphia and South/Central Jersey Area.

Schedule: Monday - Friday core business hours with very minimal and light telephonic manager on duty rotation

Compensation and Benefits for the Nurse Manager, Hospice:

• Highly competitive salary ranging from approximately $95,000.00 - $122,000.00 per year depending on years of experience and qualifications

Responsibilities for the Nurse Manager, Hospice:

• Conduct hiring, firing, disciplinary action, training, education and supervisory visits for hospice field staff.
• Oversee field staff conducting in home assessments and revisits for adult and geriatric hospice patients across 4 counties in Southern New Jersey
• Ensure overall compliance with local and federal regulations.
• Handle family or patient issues that arise.

Requirements of the Nurse Manager, Hospice:

• Minimum of 1 year of prior supervisory or management experience working in a hospice setting is required.
• BSN is required
• All employees must be vaccinated against COVID or have a valid medical/religious exemption submitted
